Fair Use Policy

If you feel your blooms aren’t as beautiful or as fresh as they should be within 5 days of delivery, simply get in touch with our helpful customer service team at admin@dailyblooms.com.au or via the Contact Us page.

Should you be unhappy, we will send you a replacement bouquet using that day’s flower recipe. Our free replacement is subject to a Fair Use Policy.  Fair Use means that Daily Blooms reserves the right to to limit the number of replacement bouquets to one claim per order.  We reserve the right to refuse repeated claims from the same customer or household.
