Beautiful For Longer Promise
At Daily Blooms we want to be sure that you love your blooms as much as we do! With this in mind, we offer a Beautiful For Longer Promise on our floral range. We promise that our bouquets will look fresh and beautiful for up to 5 days provided you follow some quick and easy flower handling tips*.
Flower Handling Tips:
- Flowers must be unwrapped, given a fresh snip on the ends, and placed into clean fresh water within 12 hours of delivery;
- Refresh the water daily;
- Ensure flowers are not placed in direct sunlight or temperatures above 30 degrees.
If you feel your blooms aren’t as beautiful or as fresh as they should be within 5 days of delivery, simply get in touch with our helpful customer service team at admin@dailyblooms.com.au or via the Contact Us page. We will send you a replacement bouquet using that day’s flower recipe. Our free replacement is limited to one claim per order and we reserve the right to refuse repeated claims from the same customer or household (as per our fair use policy).
