Your current spend over the last 12 months is reviewed on a daily basis.
Your yearly spend will exclude returns, refunds. Current spend updates after orders have been processed and dispatched.
Once you achieve a level, you’ll hold it for 12 months, unless you spend enough to upgrade to the next level.

100 points = $10 OFF, you can convert up to 300 points at a time to receive your discount.

You can only convert up to 300 points per reward redemption and only one discount can be applied per order.

There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn and the amount of rewards you can redeem.

You will automatically be moved into the next level in accordance with your 12 month spend. Shop now to move towards your next tier.

Discount codes cannot be applied to pre-existing orders.

Loyalty points are automatically added to your account as you spend. You can track the points you have accumulated as well as your loyalty tier status by logging into your account.

Only one Petal Perks code can be applied per transaction.

Petal Perks codes can be used once only. 

Petal Perks codes can not be used in conjunction with Daily Blooms promotional discount codes or offers.

Petal Perks codes are valid for 14 days from issue. 

Petal Perks discounts cannot be applied to subscription orders.

Free shipping on every order is available to Petal Perk members in tier 3&4 only.

Customers can earn up to 150 points for each order by leaving a review of the purchased products.

Points will only be awarded for reviews left on orders placed after registering for the Loyalty program. 

Petal Perks points will not be re-issued to customers accounts if orders are cancelled.

Petal Perks points will expire after 12 months. Daily Blooms will send reminders before this expiration occurs.

You will receive your 100 birthday points on the date specified. No points will be awarded for the input of your birthday.
