We want to ensure the best delivery & Daily Blooms experience possible, and every care has been taken to ensure quality control, freshness upon leaving us & a safe delivery. A few things to please note:
1. Please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. Daily Blooms cannot be held responsible if the recipient is not there to accept the delivery. Any cookie deliveries not accepted in person are outside of our refund policy.
2. Double-check your delivery details in your Order Confirmation email: Ensure that the details are correct (address and valid contact number). If the details provided are incorrect or not sufficient, you may incur a fee for redelivery.
3. If there is no one home to receive the delivery, our redelivery fee is $12.
