We want to ensure the best delivery & Daily Blooms experience possible, and every care has been taken to ensure quality control, freshness upon leaving us & a safe delivery. A few things to please note:
1. Please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. Daily Blooms cannot be held responsible if the recipient is not there to accept the delivery. Any cookie deliveries not accepted in person are outside of our refund policy.
2. Double-check your delivery details in your Order Confirmation email: Ensure that the details are correct (address and valid contact number). If the details provided are incorrect or not sufficient, you may incur a fee for redelivery.
3. If there is no one home to receive the delivery, our redelivery fee is $12.

Our Signature Blooms Subscription is the gift that keeps on giving. Simply select your preferred bouquet size and then choose either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery frequency. You can change or cancel your flower subscription anytime after the first 3 deliveries.
If you select an ongoing subscription your nominated credit card will be charged each week, fortnight or month depending on the frequency you have chosen. This subscription auto renews.
If you select a prepaid plan you will be required to pay the full amount upfront and once your subscription has ended it will not auto renew.

I love the fact a subscription option is available. I am with the military and travel alot...a fair amount of the time with no coverage.
So setting up a delivery, at times I'm away for periods let's my girl know I care about her even though unable to reach out to her.
