Introducing Blooming Together

Blooming Together,  something we’ve quietly been doing for a while now, just without a name. Little gatherings centred around flowers, conversation, and the kind of moments that happen when you put like minded people in a room together. It always felt natural to us, but recently we realised these get-togethers deserved a name of their own. Blooming Together is simply that - bringing people together who value connection as much as we do. A space to meet, share stories, and spend an evening in good company and leave feeling a little fuller than when they arrived.

Our most recent Blooming Together moment took us to Sydney for an evening we called Made for Connection. Held in celebration of International Women’s Day, we gathered a small, invite-only group from our community, 12 guests in total, for something a little different: an intimate ring-making workshop. Courtney, our founder, began the evening with a few heartfelt words, setting the tone, before Nick and Ava from Blonde shared their own introduction and gently guided everyone through the night.

Each guest was invited to create two rings: one to keep, and one for a woman in their life who means something to them. The room quickly filled with laughter and easy chatter, the kind that happens when a small group of people are genuinely curious about one another. As guests shaped their rings, they paused to pen a few words on small intention cards, sharing why they had chosen the woman in their life. Mothers, sisters, friends, mentors, each note quietly giving the rings a story before they even left the table. Laughter and conversation bubbled around the room, but these gentle gestures of care grounded the evening, making every creation feel personal and meaningful.

By the end of the evening, everyone left with a little more than what they arrived with: two handmade rings, a bouquet to carry home, and a bag full of goodies. Simple, thoughtful touches, the kind that make an evening feel full and memorable.

We couldn’t have created such a memorable evening without a little help from some incredible friends.

A huge thank you to Polka for keeping the evening sparkling with their De-Alc Lemoncello and Rosé. The drinks were light, playful, and just the right kind of fizz to match the chatter and laughter, and sending each guest home with a bottle was such a thoughtful little touch, a way to carry a piece of the night with them.

Home Croissanterie kept everyone happily nibbling on their incredible looking pastries, a little feast for the eyes as much as the taste buds. The mix of flavours was perfectly balanced, adding tiny bursts of delight between rings and conversation, and somehow made the evening feel even more indulgent and playful.

A little something special found its way into every goodie bag, thanks to Lovefound, Dr. Diamond, Polka, Astala Luna, and Slickhair. Inside were thoughtful pieces like a trinket tray and air freshener from Lovefound, Dr. Diamond’s cleaning pen, Astala Luna’s mini cosmetic bag, Slickhair’s anti-frizz hair oil, and a De-Alc Limoncello from Polka. A handful of beautiful, practical things - the kind you’re quietly glad to take home at the end of a lovely evening.

Evenings like this are exactly why we started Blooming Together in the first place. A chance to slow down, gather, and celebrate the little gestures that mean the most. Laughter, stories, creativity, and thoughtful touches all woven together in one room; moments that stay with you long after you’ve said your goodbyes. We can’t wait to keep making space for more of these nights, more connections, and more memories with our community. 🩷❤️
