Daily Blooms CEO, the creator of Flower Press and our series host: Courtney Ray:

Flowers have always been at the heart of what I do. As the founder and CEO of Daily Blooms, I’ve built a life and career around them - arranging them, gifting them, and creating moments in my life to enjoy them.   Along the way, I have managed to meet some truly remarkable people, and those connections have been one of the most unexpected and rewarding parts of my journey.

I have been lucky enough to have great conversations with an array of inspirational people - leaders, creators, and visionaries who are shaping industries, building communities, and redefining success on their own terms. These are the kind of conversations that leave me feeling energized, motivated, and full of new ideas. And I started thinking… why keep them to myself?

That’s where The Flower Press was born. It’s a video series where I get to interview these extraordinary individuals, chat about their journeys, their insights, and their passions - all while arranging flowers together. It’s part interview, part creative session, and part celebration of everything I love: meaningful conversations, creativity, and, of course, flowers.

There’s something about working with flowers that brings out a different kind of energy in a conversation. Maybe it’s the tactile nature of arranging them, the way it encourages presence and creativity, or simply the joy of playing with nature’s beauty. It creates a relaxed, space where guests can open up in a way that feels more personal, more sincere. We talk about business, life, challenges, triumphs - whatever flows naturally, much like the flowers in the vases we create.

Beyond the personal joy it brings me, I also see The Flower Press as a way to give back to our community. So many of our Daily Blooms customers and followers are dreamers and doers themselves. They’re building their own careers, pursuing their passions, and looking for inspiration. If even one conversation from the series sparks a new idea, offers a fresh perspective, or gives someone the encouragement they need to take their next step, then I know this series is doing exactly what I hoped it would.

At its core, The Flower Press is about connection - connecting with inspiring people, connecting through creativity, and connecting with our audience in a new and meaningful way. I can’t wait to share these conversations with you.
