In celebration of our new digital series: Flower Press, we hosted an evening of community, collaging, creating and sips at That Paper Joint in Brunswick, Melbourne.
Our guests were greeted on arrival with a glass of Silky Wines finest along with an array of nibbles to snack on whilst they mingled and got to know one another.
We then handed it over to DAILY Blooms founder Courtney to discuss all things Flower Press, how it came to be and the importance of community both online and IRL.
Time to get creative! That Paper Joint owner and Collage artist Max guided us through a collage session where we sourced, cut, tore and glued, revealing some stunning finished products
Our guests left with beautiful blooms, a DB tote bag, their new creations and smiles on their faces.
Let’s hear from the mind power behind the wonderful evening, our Creative Strategist and Photographer, Harriet:
‘I wanted the event to highlight the importance of community, connection and creativity, as that’s what the Flower Press digital series is all about.
The aim was to ensure that our community members had the chance to switch off, connect, and get the creative juices flowing. An evening of collaging at ‘That Paper Joint’ felt like the obvious choice to bring this goal to life. It was so lovely seeing how much everyone enjoyed themselves and I can’t wait to organise our next community event!’
